Network Status

IP ADDRESS: Shows Your DVR’s IP address

MAC ADDRESS: Shows your DVR’s MAC Address. MAC Address is used in the default DDNS
address. Refer to

DDNS ADDRESS: Shows your DVR’s DDNS address. To change, go to DDNS menu.

RTSP SERVICE PORT: Shows the set RTSP port. To change, go to IP SETUP menu.
Port Forwarding must be set on the router to enable remote access to Veo16i.

WEB SERVICE PORT: Shows the set WEB SERVICE port. To change, go to IP SETUP menu.
Port Forwarding must be set on the router to enable remote access to Veo16i.

DDNS UPDATE STATUS: Shows whether DDNS name was registered successfully. Click the
Refresh icon
to force DDNS registration manually.

EXTERNAL IP ADDRESS: Shows your DVR’s external IP address. Use to connect to your Veo16i
from outside of your network via Veo Mobile or IE web browser. Use this template:
“http://<External IP Address>:<Web Service Port>”. Note, that the IP address will vary in a
dynamic IP environment.

CONNECTED CLIENTS: Shows the list of currently connected remote users. Click the
Disconnect icon
to disconnect a connected user. Note, ADMIN group users can
disconnect MANAGER and USER accounts. MANAGER group accounts can disconnect USER
accounts. USER accounts cannot disconnect remote users.
When done, click
CLOSE
or press [
EXIT
] on the remote control.
