Changing the main fuse

Warning

Fire hazard

Incorrect fuses overload the electrical system.

- Only use fuses with the required ampere value.

- Do not bypass or repair fuses.

Info

The main fuse protects all power consumers of the vehicle. It is located in the starter relay housing

under the air filter box lid.

Preparatory work
(FE EU/AU)

- Press and hold the kill switch � while the engine is idling

until the engine stops.

(FE 350 US)

- Press and hold the kill switch � while the engine is idling

until the engine stops.

(FE 350 SUS)

- While the engine is idling, turn the key in the ignition lock

to the position �-

- Remove the air filter box cover. (

- Remove faulty main fuse fj.

You can recognize a faulty fuse by a burned-out fuse

A spare fuse

is located in the starter relay.

- Install a new main fuse.
