Workshop Manual Ed. 07-2012

Cylinder head installation

Tighten the screws (3) gradually and in a cross pattern, starting with a 20 Nm -

2.0 Kgm - 14.75 lb/ft pre-tightening torque, then with a 40 Nm - 4.0 Kgm - 29.50

lb/ft torque (12 mm wrench) .

Refit the water temperature sensor (4A) (use a 17 mm ring wrench 5 Nm, 0.5

Kgm, 3.69 ft/lb).

Lift the rocker arms (6a) and refit the four pads (5) following the numbering you

marked during the removal.
