1. Terminal block connection:

Check that the RS485

communications cable is

connected to the correct port of

the terminal block.

2. RJ45 network port connection:

Check that the RJ45 connector is

properly crimped and that each

wire is connected to the correct

pin.

3. Check that the RS485 ports of

other devices are connected to

the correct ports of the

SmartLogger.

4. Check the RS485 cable

connection. If the cable is loose,

disconnected, or reversely

connected, reconnect it firmly.

5. Power on the SmartLogger and

its connected device.

6. Check the RS485

communications parameter

settings.

7. Contact the dealer or Huawei

technical support.

The 4G

communicat

ion is

abnormal.

1. The SIM card is not inserted or it

is in arrears or damaged.

2. The 4G antenna is not tightened

or is damaged.

3. The management system

parameters and wireless network

parameters are incorrectly set.
