5.25 Installing a Front Panels

After all components are installed and properly powered up, install front panels for a neat
appearance.

Procedure

Step 1

Install a front panel for the clustered NAS engine enclosures.
1.

Align the upper side of the front panel with that of the clustered NAS engine enclosure.

Keep pushing the two tabs towards the center of the front panel, as shown in step 1 of

Figure 5-41

Installing a front panel for the clustered NAS engine enclosure

Use the front panel to cover the front side of SUC or SUC (as shown in step 2 of

Figure

5-41

). Then, release the tabs.

Check the front panel to ensure that it has been proper installed and secured.

Step 2

Install a front panel for the SUC or SUD.
1.

Align the upper side of the front panel with that of the SUC or SUD.

Keep pushing the two tabs towards the center of the front panel, as shown in step 1 of

Figure 5-42
