of the UPS5000-E.
The status
icons on the
LCD indicate
that all units
are operating
properly, all
operating
parameters are
within their
normal ranges,
and no fault or
alarm
information is
displayed.
If an alarm is present, refer to the
UPS5000-E alarm reference to
check the device status and
parameters.
UPS2000-G UPS operating
status.
Check whether
the run
indicator on the
UPS is normal.
If the UPS is
faulty, the UPS
LCD displays
an alarm and
buzzes.
View records
about historical
alarms on the
Alarms
menu
bar to check
whether an
alarm has been
generated.
If the
indicator is
steady
green, the
UPS is
working
properly.
If no alarm
is
generated,
the alarm
history
column
contains no
record.
Replace the UPS if it is faulty.
UPS5000-E
batteries
View batteries.
The battery
shell is
intact,
without
acid leaks,
deformatio
n, or
bulges.
The battery
is free from
dust or dirt.
1.
Clean the batteries.
2.
Take photos of the misshapen
parts and faulty parts of
batteries.
3.
Check and record the charge
voltage and charge current of the
battery string, and the voltage of
every single battery in this
battery string.
4.
Check the battery surface
temperature.
5.
Power off the battery string and
remove faulty batteries. After 30
minutes, check and record the
open-circuit voltages of the
faulty batteries.
