11.2.3 Upgrading the Software from the Web Interface

You can upgrade the terminal's software from the web interface.

Prerequisites

The upgrade file is copied to your computer.

Context

You can upgrade the terminal by logging in to the web interface on a computer.

Procedure

Step 1

Log in to the web interface of the terminal, and choose 

Maintenance

 > 

Upgrade

.

Step 2

From the displayed dialog box, enter the upgrade password and click 

OK

.

Step 3

Click 

Select File

.

Find the 

VCT.dat

 file on the computer.

Step 4

Click 

Upgrade

.

Step 5

Click 

OK

 after the upgrade succeeds.

Follow-up Procedure

The terminal will restart after the upgrade.

11.3 Diagnostics

On the terminal, you can perform sound and color bar tests, network tests, and loopback tests.
