10.4.11 One-Click Backup

The administrator can use 

One-Click Backup

 to back up the 

System Settings

 parameter settings

to a configuration file, from which the parameter settings can be restored if they are inadvertently
deleted or modified.

Context

If a backup configuration file already exists on the terminal, it will be overwritten by the new
one.

Procedure

Step 1

Choose 

System Settings

 > 

One-Click Backup

.

Step 2

On the 

One-Click Backup

 page, click 

Back Up Settings

 to back up the configuration file.

NOTE

If a message indicating that backup succeeded is displayed, the 

Back Up Settings

 operation is completed.

Follow-up Procedure

To restore backed up system settings to the terminal, choose 

System Settings

 > 

One-Click

Backup

 > 

Restore Settings

. After the restoration is complete, the terminal automatically restarts

and its 

System Settings

 parameters are restored to the state they were in before the backup was

made.

10.4.12 Taking Photos

To ensure that a conference runs smoothly, you may need to monitor how the terminal operates
and whether the local and remote videos are displayed properly in the conference room. From
the terminal web interface, you can take photos and view local and remote videos and
presentations.

Prerequisites

The web login and video monitoring functions are enabled. For details, see 

9.2.4 Allowing

Procedure

Step 1

Log in to the Web interface of the terminal, and click 

Device Control

.

NOTE

When you are on the 

Video Control

 page, 

 appears on the terminal display to indicate that video monitoring

is enabled.

Step 2

Select the source you want to photograph and click 

Capture

.

Step 3

In the displayed window, right-click the photo you have taken.
