An issue has been found with a
con fi gured volume that may result
in data loss, so the volume has
been disabled. The exact nature of
the issue is detailed in a previous

Yes = the volume is enabled
(regardless of the issue). The
volume attempts to return to its
normal operating state and the
data is accessible.
No (or no input) = the volume
remains disabled. The volume
stays in the failed state and the
data is not accessible. During this
time, the user can attempt to fi x
the issue.
03 CRITICAL
LOCK-UP DETECTED.

Error
A critical error has been detected
by the array controller fi rmware.
To prevent any possible data loss,
the fi rmware has entered a lock-up
state. The provided code contains
engineering speci fi c information
about the lock-up condition.
In dual-controller con fi gurations
where only one controller is
locked-up, remove the array
controller in question, wait 10
seconds, and then reinsert it,
ensuring that it is fully seated in
the chassis.
In single-controller con
fi gurations
and in dual-controller
con fi gurations where both
controllers are locked-up, restart
the MSA chassis.
If the issue persists, contact HP
support.
