4.6 Slope compensation / 

pendulum lock

Slope compensation / pendulum lock unlocked

Slope compensation / pendulum lock locked

Locking takes place automatically when folding in.

 

Uniform transverse distribution is only achieved 

with the slope compensation unlocked.

 

NOTE

Make sure the slope compensation is locked:

before transport travels!

 

¾

before unfolding and folding the boom!

4.7 Collision protection

The collision protection protects the boom 

against damage caused by collision with a solid 

obstacle. The joint mechanism enables escap-

ing a collision in travel direction and in opposite 

direction. 

After the escape movement the collision protec-

tion will swing back to initial position.

 

NOTE

Collision protection with fully extended working 

width. With reduced working width pay atten-

tion to any obstacles around the outside of the 

machine!
