5. Activate the function "Drain machine" on page
3 on the external control terminal. All valves
open and are drained.
6. Close the ball valve for the residue drain
again and close with the cap.
7. Empty the hand washing tank completely.
8. Fill 30 to 45 litres of antifreeze agent into the
wash container depending on the level of frost
protection desired.
9. Fill the wash container with 10 to 20 litres of
clean water to prepare a ready amount of
50 to 55 litres of the desired antifreeze mix.

10. Activate the induction hopper on the exter-
nal control terminal.
Subsequently apply pressure each to the
closed circuit flushing, shock nozzle, canister
flushing and cleaning gun until antifreeze mix
escapes.
11. Set the pressure agitator on the terminal to
stage one, then stage two and finally stage
three. At this fluid level in the wash tank this
function deactivates itself after some time.
12. Next, set the circulation to 3 bar pressure
and switch on for 5 minutes. Before circula-
tion is shut off again, the main nozzle switch
should be briefly activated for each nozzle
set. This ensures that antifreeze mix reaches
each nozzle.
13. The antifreeze level of the mix in the sprayer
must be checked before storing the ma-
chine for the winter. For this purpose, briefly
activate the induction hopper but without
extracting any of its content. An antifreeze
protection tester can be used for this amount
to determine the level of antifreeze protec-
tion of the mix in the machine. If the level
of antifreeze protection is not adequate, the
appropriate amount of antifreeze agent needs
to be added. Items 8 to 12 must be repeated
to ensure the amount of fluid is well mixed.
