3.2

 Checking the flow rates

Check the flow rates of the sample gas and reference gas that flow to the analyzer with the
following procedure. 

3.2.1  Checking the sample gas flow rate

Operating procedure

1.

Supply the sample gas (approximately 3 minutes). 

Note

Do not apply pressure to the reference side. 

2.

Check that the flow rate of the sample gas is 3.5 L/min with the flowmeter. 

3.2.2  Checking the reference gas flow rate

Operating procedure

1.

Supply the reference gas (approximately 3 minutes). 

Note

Do not apply pressure to the sample side. 

2.

Check that the flow rate of the reference gas is 3.5 L/min with the flowmeter.
