2.4.2 Connections
Connect the tubes as shown in the figure below.

2.4.3 About reference gas
If the reference gas contains impurities (in particular, measurement component gas, moisture,
or large amount of interfering gas), the analyzer specifications cannot be met and correct
measurement becomes impossible.
The following table shows the reference gas properties required for analyzers.

If the above level of purity is not possible, provide a commercially available zero gas purifier.
