Note The system supports a total of 51 accounts (1 Administrator and 50 users).

Field Description
Name Create a unique name for each user. The name can be up to 20 characters in
any combination of:
a-z, A-Z, 0-9

Note Account names cannot start with a number or contain spaces. Account
names are case sensitive.
Caution Account names cannot be modified after they are created.
Password Enter a password of six to eight alphanumeric characters. They can be any
combination of letters and numbers but cannot contain spaces.
Note Passwords are case sensitive.
Confirm password Re-enter the password to activate it.
Account Type Assign an account type in the drop-down list. Options are:
Administrators
. Only one user can have administrator access.
Configurators
. Have access to the Toolbox application.
Viewers
. Have access to the Player application.
Config & Viewers
. Have access to both the Toolbox and Player applications.
See Table 5-13 for a complete description of the permission types.
Note Permission types are only effective when password protection is
enabled.
Caution Permission types cannot be modified after the account is created.
