There are four function keys in the OTP programmer which can be used in
the stand alone mode. In addition, there are three states, Power on, System
reset and Primary function state. The four functions, Program, Read, Verify
and Blank Check are supported in the Primary function state with some
Primary functions having subfunctions. The result messages are displayed
on the LCM after completion. The following describes the states, functions,
message and the valid keys. .
Power on or system reset state
When this state is entered, the initial message OTP WRITER-1-8 is dis-
played on the LCM and the programmer is initialized.

Primary functions
There are four Primary functions: Program, Read, Verify and Blank Check.
The Program function (PRO) writes the contents of the programmer buffer
into the OTP chip and then verifies that the data in the OTP chip is the
same as that in the programmer buffer.
The Read function (RD) reads the data from the OTP chip and saves it in
the programmer buffer.
The Verify function (VER) reads the data from the OTP chip and compares
it with the contents of programmer buffer.
The Blank Check function (BCK) is to check if the OTP chip in the
TEXTOOL is blank.
