Note
The WDT clock source is tied to T1 (System Frequency/4) in simulation.
The external signal set in the Breakpoint command in the Debug menu
(refer to chapter 5, Fig 5-3) and the Trace command in the Debug menu
(refer to chapter 5, Fig 5-5) are invalid while in simulation.
Input Ports
In the HT-IDE simulator, two methods for port input are provided. One is
From the PAD window, the other is From file.
From PAD window
Fig 7-3 shows the Sim. PAD box in the Window menu. Moving the cursor to
the bit position of a port, and then double-clicking the mouse left button will
toggle the input signal of the port. By typing ’0’ or ’1’ into the port position,
the signal can be directly changed. In the simulator, ’0’ denotes logic low, ’1’
denotes logic high and ’X’ denotes an output configuration. These input
signal levels are valid for the read from port instructions such as MOV A,
PA, in application programs. Any input signal of a port may be changed by
this command before the input instruction is executed.
