The page size must be within the range from 10 to 255, the default page
size is 60.

Description
The directives LIST and NOLIST decide whether or not the source
program lines are to be copied to the program listing file. NOLIST
suppresses copying of subsequent source lines to the program listing file.
LIST restores the copying of subsequenct source lines to the program
listing file. The default is LIST.

In this example, the two instructions in the block enclosed by NOLIST and
LIST are suppressed from copying to the source listing file.

MACRO suppresses the listing of all macro expansions. The default is
