Debris Cage And 100 Micron Filter Bag
The cage is constructed from stainless steel grated
panels. It is a side dumping system with a manual
dump door locking system and hydraulic cylinders
that raise the cage to dump accumulated debris.
Water is continuously separated from the debris
and drained from the cage through the 100 mi-
cron filter bag. The separated water is collected
in the sump at the base of the gage where it is
either transferred to the wastewater bladder by
the transfer pump or drained directly by gravity
through ball valves and fittings on each side of
the sump.
The filter bag is biodegradable and designed to
slide out of the tank with the debris during dump-
ing. When installing a new bag, make sure to
attach the loops at the top of the filter bag on
the rear, horizontal side of the hooks in the tank.

the hooks. The hooks and loops hold the bag in
position during operation and are designed to re-
lease the bag and allow it to automatically slide
out with the debris during dumping. The bag will
not stay in the proper position during operation
and may not release properly during dumping if
it is not installed properly.
