Frequency hopping
Contrary to radio remote control systems where it is possible to change manually between radio
channels in case of externally induced radio interferences, the G2 radio remote control system
has a built-in automatic frequency hopping technology.
The radio transmission takes place within the ISM band where defined channels have been
assigned. Frequency hopping means shifting many times a second in a random sequence
between 67 radio channels.
This ensures that the radio transmission takes place at an optimum frequency at any time .
No other radio remote control system uses the same random sequence when shifting between
radio channels, which minimizes the risk of two systems colliding.
This is how to avoid that the radio transmission is stopped, thus avoiding crane stop.
