The preventive maintenance schedules are intended to be used in conjunction 
with the preventive maintenance checklists following them. The checklists are 
designed to keep a running history of maintenance and subsequent repair costs 
for one individual Resident

TM

 LTC bed. However, the facility can modify or 

invent another to fit their needs. Keeping accurate records and maintaining the 
Resident

TM

 LTC bed and its accessories are two good ways of reducing down 

time.
