7.7 Checkweigher
Choose Checkweigher as the Application Mode in order to enter the required parameters.

Fig. 7.13 shows the typical layout of a checkweigher:

On the left is the conveyor belt for supplying the product to be weighed.

The actual scale is in the middle.

Weighed product is taken away on the right.
You have several options to start weighing (measuring):
1. With a level, i.e. as soon as a certain measured value is exceeded.
2. With an external signal, e.g. by a light barrier, and pre-trigger (e.g. light barrier at the
beginning of the middle section).
3. With a post-trigger on an external signal (e.g. light barrier at the end of the middle
section).
To optimize the value settings for your process, you can run a measurement with the
selected parameters: START RECORDING. In the Result/Statistic field you can see what
data results with the selected settings, and in the graph you can see the characteristic
curve of the measurement. Only values measured after connecting to the device are
displayed, however, as the values are not stored in the DSE. The cursors in the graphic
