> is shown as Faulty or Check is recognized, check the location of HDD
to be replaced on the HDD map.

Replace the malfunctioning HDD from the NVR with a new HDD.

" menu, you can check the recovery progress.

Replace it with the same model of HDD or an HDD of the same capacity from the same manufacturer.

A HDD used to build the RAID should be one of the recommended models.
If it's not possible to use the same model of HDD, then use the HDD with the same capacity from the same manufacturer
should be used.

If you remove the power cord while using the RAID, it can damage it, so be careful.
For reliable power, it is recommended you use the UPS.

A new HDD to be replaced should be one that is not RAID configured.
Hdd alarm Setting
For HDD malfunctions, you can set the inspection alarm output terminal, the replacement alarm output terminal
and the alarm time. You can set the alarm behavior for abnormal HDD temperature.

Alarm

> was selected, both beep sound and alarm signal through rear side ports will output.

> was selected, a beep will sound.
- If you select an alarm output terminal number, a signal is displayed on the alarm output terminal at the back.
Each product has a different number of alarm output terminals.

Check Alarm Output Port : If HDD generates check alarm, the alarm signal will output to the specified alarm
output port.

HDD Temperature Alarm : When the HDD temperature increases higher than the set temperature, a signal is
output to the check alarm output terminal.

Replace Alarm Output Port : If HDD generates replace alarm, the alarm signal will output to the specified
alarm output port.
•
Duration : Sets the alarm duration for the alarm signal and beep sound.
