Twitter alerts
Transmitted twitter alerts have the following format:
<alarm name>
:
<message>
- sent from a Halytech hydroSpider on
<m/dd/yyyy>
,
<H:MM:ss>
Where:
<alarm name>
is the configured hydroSpider location
<message>
is the configured message for this particular alarm
<mm/dd/yyyy> is the date the hydroSpider sent the alert
<HH:MM:ss> is the time that the hydroSpider sent the alert in 24-hour format
For example
: A hydroSpider has been configured with an alarm. This alarm is called “Pump 1 fail”,
has twitter alerts enabled, and has the message “Pump 1 has failed”. When this alarm triggers, the
following message will be tweeted:
Pump 1 fail: Pump 1 has failed
– sent from a Halytech hydroSpider on 6/12/2013
09:23:45
In the above example, the hydroSpider’s local date was 6/12/2013 and its local time was 9:23:45am
when the tweet was sent.
