lid.

If testing D 2 values and

higher, set the 0.2 - 1.0 mL
pipette to 0.5 mL.

If testing D 1 values and

higher, set the 0.2 - 1.0 mL

pipette to 0.8 mL.

Open the luminometer

lid.

Put the test tube in

position B1 into the black
test tube holder in the
luminometer cell.

Close the luminometer

lid. Push
