Setting up an environment for local upload/downloa

Step 1: Connect the VG 21-08 to a PC with an Ethernet cable.

Step 2: Assign an IP address, 10.110.10.13 for example, to the

FE interface on the VG 21-08.

Step 3: Assign an IP address, 10.110.10.10 for example, to the

Ethernet interface on the PC.

Step 4: Copy the application/Boot ROM program/configuration

file to the destination directory, “C:\ version” for example.

Caution:

The IP addresses assigned to the interfaces on the PC and the VG

21-08 must reside on the same network segment.
