Telnet to configure the voice gateway locally or remotely,
and then telnet to access and manage other devices.

Assign different users different levels (guest, operator, and
administrator) to prevent unauthorized users. Only
administrator users are allowed to configure and manage
the voice gateway.

Get on-line help whenever you enter <?>.
z
English prompts and help information for your convenience.
z
Test network connectivity quickly with network diagnostic
tools, such as
tracert
and
ping
.
z
Have detailed debugging information to troubleshoot your
network.
z
Enter the conflict-free keyword portion instead of the whole
command, because the CLI supports command prompting.
For example, you simply need to enter “dis” for the
display
command.
