To remove the mounting brackets, remove the screws.
3.3.5 Verifying Installation
After installing the IX1000 components, verify the installation against the items listed in
. All the items should be in normal state.

3.4 Installing an IX1000 in a Standard 19-Inch Rack
You can install an IX1000 in a standard 19-inch rack by using tray-mounted slide rails.
This installation requires two or more persons.
3.4.1 Verification Before Installation

Check that the rack is well grounded and stably secured. Make sure the space for
installing your IX1000 in the rack has been provisioned and no obstacles exist
inside or around the rack that may affect the installation.

Make sure that your IX1000 is ready and has been moved to a place near the rack
and convenient for moving.
3.4.2 Installation Procedure
To install an IX1000 in a standard 19-inch rack, perform the following steps:
1) Install the tray-mounted slide rails in the 19-inch standard rack.
