A.3 Filling in Labels
Use an oil-based marker to hand-write on the labels.
A.3.1 Oil-based marker
For the legibility, attraction and durability of the writings, you are recommended to use
a black oil-based marker (excluding ball pen) to hand-write labels.
In special cases, ordinary black-inked ball pens are allowed, but not recommended.
The writing effect of ordinary ball pens is not as good as that of oil-based markers. In
addition, the ink of ball pens is apt to leave on labels to blur words.
Note:
One end of the two-nib oil-based marker is larger (marked with “thin”) and the other
end is smaller (marked with “extremely thin”). Make sure to use the smaller nib to write
on labels.
A.3.2 Font
For the sake of legibility and eye-pleasing, the characters in handwriting should
conform to the standard font template as much as possible.
