Bundle the cables before bending wherever cable bending cannot be avoided.
However, do not bundle cables with cable ties inside the bending area to prevent
cable cores from breaking due to excessive stress in the cables. See in
Figure 3-27

Spare cables or excessive cable parts should be folded and bound to an
appropriate place in the cabinet or on the cable management ducts. "Appropriate
place" refers to a place where the cables will not affect the operation of the device
or impair the device, or get damaged;

Do not tie any power cable to the slide way of any moving component.

Allow a sufficient margin for the cables connected with moving parts, the
grounding wire of a door for example, to free the cables from possible stresses.
