Process Capability Index (Offset) CpK

Note



N stands for valid data which means that overflow
and open values are excluding. As long as the
digital data can be displayed on the screen, it is
regarded as valid value.



The Hi and Lo variables in the Cp and CpK
formulas are the actual upper and lower limits of
the comparator. In the PER and ABS comparison
modes, the actual value is converted from the
nominal value. This value will be taken into
operation regardless of whether the comparator is
enabled or not.


