4 | Application limits
For the application of the reverse osmosis system GENO-OSMO
RO 125K, the limit values stipulated in the German Drinking Water
Ordinance represent the upper limits for the admissible substances
contained in the water.

Total hardness < 0.1°dH (0.178°f, 0.0178 mmol/l)

Free chlorine not detectable

Iron < 0.1 mg/l

Manganese < 0.05 mg/l

Silicate < 15 mg/l

Chlorine dioxide not detectable

Turbidity < 1 FTU

Colloid index < 3

pH range 3 - 9

Note : The permeate originating from the reverse osmosis system is
not potable but requires additional treatment (blending, hardening) if it
is to be used as drinking water.
