As an aid for maintenance/service personnel, the following describes various troubleshooting procedures.  If 
needed, refer to the wiring diagram 

(provided with the fryer)

 for more detailed analysis.  Troubleshooting by users 

should be limited to operational issues only.  
 

ONLY qualified technicians and service personnel should perform in

depth troubleshooting of energized 

electrical circuits.
