application, it is ready to be connected to the

KitchenTrac™

cloud server via your local

WiFi

network. The app

allows remote tracking of performance & productivity, menu
sales trends, maintenance events and a multitude of other
analytics pertaining to the connected appliance.

Each controller monitored by

KitchenTrac™

requires a small

monthly

server hosting fee

, but the benefits will pay for that many times over

On banked fryer systems, each

controller is considered separately

For an additional

monthly monitoring fee

(per controller),

clock”, online monitoring

(by our Support Team)

for your connected equipment, and provide direct notification of detected issues.

describe the process for connecting a controller to

KitchenTrac

™. After new equipment is installed and checked

out, precisely follow these instructions to get connected and begin experiencing the benefits of remote monitoring.

Connecting WiFi Board to Wireless Router

IMPORTANT! There must be a consistent, open,

connection to the internet via a wireless WiFi

router, which is within range of the monitored

equipment. A password for the establishment’s

router may be required.
