Traffic Shaping
The Traffic Shaping screen displays a read-only list of Traffic Shaping information for the
associated interfaces. Use the entry fields at the bottom of the screen to configure the interfaces for
Traffic Shaping as required. For more information, refer to Chapter 3:
Configuring SC-IP with
Smart CLI
or use the CLI online help provided at the Command Line web screen.
Traffic Shaping Configuration Procedure
1. Activate the entry fields for the desired interface by clicking on the list or by selecting it from
the pulldown list. The current settings are displayed in the entry fields.
2. Configure Traffic Shaping for the selected interface by using the remaining pulldown lists.
If needed, use the
Cancel
button to reset the fields, then enter the desired settings.
3. When the entry fields are correct, use the
Apply
button to update the list with the new
settings. The
^
symbol appears in the list, designating any interface that has been changed
but not saved. Repeat steps 1-3 for the remaining interface.
4. When all desired changes have been made, click the
Save
button to save the Traffic Shaping
configuration data to the unit.
