Interrupt the compressed air supply to the connection (0).

The valve insert lowers.

Actuator (A) raises to the lift actuator (L).

Lift actuator (A) and place a spacer between the flanges of the actuators
(approx. 25 mm).

Pull the threaded bushing (L8) and the adjusting nut (L6) out of the lift
actuator (L).

Loosen the threaded pin (L7) on the adjusting nut (L6) with a hex socket
wrench.

Turn adjusting nut (L6) according to necessary adjustment (1.5 mm per
revolution):

Reduce stroke: Turn the adjusting nut (L6) clockwise.
(Viewing the valve from above)

Increase stroke: Turn the adjusting nut (L6) anti-clockwise.
(Viewing the valve from above)

11.

Tighten threaded pin (L7) with a hex socket wrench.

Warning!

Risk of injury due to moving valve parts.

► Do not touch between the actuator (A) and lantern (L).

12.

Pressurise actuator at connection (0) with compressed air, max. 8 bar.

The valve insert is raised (main stroke).

Actuator (A) lowers to the lift actuator (L).

13.

Grease the thread of the clamp connections (46) and install.

Ensure that the clamp connections (46) are firmly installed.

Section 10.6.5, Page 72.

14.

Interrupt the compressed air supply to the connection (0).

15.

Pressurise actuator at connection (Y2) with compressed air, max. 8 bar.

Valve disk is raised.
