Clamp the double-disk (16) on the spanner flats (16.1) in the vice with
protective jaws (W) or mounting tool (M).

14.

Screw the stem (13) clockwise into the double-disk (16) on the spanner flats
(13.1) using an open-ended wrench until it reaches the marking (metallic
stop). This ensures that the stem diaphragm (2) and the O-ring (5) are
optimally pressed together. Alternatively, tighten the stem with a torque of 120
Nm.

Attach the stem diaphragm (1) onto the stem (13).

! Install the stem diaphragm (1) in the correct position and seat.

16.

Screw the bush (14) onto the stem (13) and screw it in clockwise using an
open-ended wrench or socket wrench to wrench width (14.1) until the metal
stop is reached. Alternatively, tighten the bush (14) with a torque of 120 Nm.

17.

Screw threaded pin (23) into bush (14) with hex socket wrench and tighten.

18.

Remove the coloured marking.
