Installing the internal assembly

Fig.33

Tools required:

•

water-soluble pen, assembling device D/DV (or alternately vice with protective
jaws), jaw wrench, Allen key

Carry out the following steps:

Screw the bush (14) and double-disk (16), without O-ring (5) and stem
diaphragm (1), together by hand on the stem (13) up to the metal stop and
make a coloured mark (M).

Unscrew the bush (14) and double-disk (16) from the stem (13).

Screw the ring (10) and valve disc (15) together by hand and make a coloured
mark (M).

Unscrew the ring (10) and valve disc (15) apart.

Clamp the valve disc (15) on the spanner flats (15.1) in the vice with
protective jaws (W).

Push the double-disk (16) over the valve disc (15) and carefully lay it down.
