Connecting the internal parts of the actuator

Tools required:

•

Seeger circlip pliers

Caution!

Risk of injury due to moving valve parts.

► Do not touch the lantern (9).

Carry out the following steps:

Push the retaining ring (11) onto the driver sleeve (L2).

Push the internal part (D) over the leakage housing (73) into the actuator (A).

Notice

Sensitive valve parts

► Incorrect assembly when using the wrong spanner flats!
► Screw the internal part onto the valve disc in the actuator only using the
spanner flats!

Screw the valve disc (15) to the driver using an open-ended wrench over the
spanner flats (15.1) until the metal stop is reached.

Pressurise the internal parts (D) at the connection (0) with compressed air,
max. 8 bar.

The internal part is raised.

Place clutch halves (12) on driver sleeve (L2) and stem (13).

Fit the retaining ring (11) with the circlip pliers into the groove of the two clutch
halves (12).

Interrupt the compressed air supply to the connection (0).

The inner part (D) lowers.

Done
