Fit the bush (L3) with O-rings (L9, L12) and plug it onto the assembly pin
(221-105.94). Place the O-ring (L12) in front and push everything into the
driver sleeve (L2).

Place the driver sleeve (L2) over the sleeve (L4) into the lift actuator (L) and
push until below the lantern (9).
5.
Screw on the adjusting nut (L6) onto the threaded bush (L8) and secure with
the set screw (L7).

Observe lift stroke adjustment of valve disc!
6.
Push the threaded bushing (L8) and adjusting nut (L6) onto the piston stem of
the actuator (A).
7. Screw the driver (L5) into the piston stem of the actuator (A) with a hook
wrench and lock the nut (S) against the piston stem with an open-ended
wrench.
8.
Pressurise the actuator (A) at the connection (0) with compressed air, max. 8
bar.
9. Insert the actuator in the lift actuator and fix with snap ring (46).

10. Interrupt the compressed air supply to the connection (0)

Fit seals to the leakage housing (73) and secure with snap ring at the lantern
(9).
