Setting the lifting stroke of valve disk for the main valve

Requirement:

•

The valve must be installed into the housing without the control top, if the lift
stroke of the valve is being set.

•

Lift stroke valve disk (recommended setting) 0.9 - 1.4 mm.

Tools required:

•

hexagon socket

Carry out the following steps:

Pressurise actuator at connection (Y2) with compressed air, max. 8 bar

Valve disk is raised.

Measuring the lifting stroke of valve disk

Interrupt the compressed air supply to the actuator (Y2)

The valve disk lowers.

Pressurise actuator at connection (0) with compressed air, max. 8 bar.

The valve insert is raised (main stroke).

Unscrew and remove the clamp ring connection (46).
