Section 3 Operation
USER INTERFACE
This function allows the option to start cook cycle using only
the GREEN PUSH BUTTON.
PLATEN CALIBRATION
This function is available to Store Manager, manually, to
capture data or to run auto calibration process.
DATA
Press DATA icon to show platen level data captured
previously.
CAPTURE DATA
This function will first preheat the grill. After preheat, the
upper grate will move down to touch the lower grate. The
sensors will then capture the platen level data required.
PERFORM CALIBRATION
This function will first preheat the grill. After preheat, the
upper grate will move down to touch the lower grate. The
sensors will then capture the platen level data required.
Follow on screen instructions to finish, to re-calibrate and
perform grill zero routine, or to acknowledge adjustment
required.
IMPORTANT: Contact Garland CFA Hot-Line if gapping
or adjustment is required. All service work must be
performed safely by Factory Authorized Service
