Installation Instructions
TRANSPORTING EQUIPMENT TO LOCATION
•
Plan first to lower your risk of encountering problems
during the transport process.
•
Understand the brake caster mechanism to apply or
release when required.
•
Keep top platen down during transportation.
•
Match transportation speed to conditions.
•
Turn downhill, not uphill, if stability becomes uncertain
on slope or ramp.

Ý
One (1) platen grills are
narrow and most susceptible
to tipping over. Extra care
should be taken when
moving the units, especially
on slopes and ramps. Angle
of 10º or more, the unit may
overturn by itself. To reduce
the tipping hazard the unit
should be only moved with
the platen down and accessories /extra weight removed
from the top of the grill plate and platen. Furthermore,
the cook height of the equipment should not be adjusted
higher than is necessary for safe and ergonomic
operation. Moving / pushing the unit sideways should
not be done as this is the direction that the greatest
tipping hazard exists.
