4. Operation of systems and equipment
Storage bag on the back of front seat
-
Pull backward and open the storage bag
to place books, foldable umbrellas and
other articles.
Front passenger’s glove box
-
Pull the handle to open the glove box to
place items such as document bags.

Push back to close the glove box until you
hear a “click” sound.
NOTE
For vehicle models equipped with glove box
dampers*, pull the handle and the glove
box will lower automatically and slowly.
WARNING
The glove box must be closed when
the vehicle is traveling, otherwise the
articles in the glove box may fly out and
cause personal injury to the occupants
in case of an emergency braking or an
accident.
