5. Driving guide

5.1.1 Engine start/stop button

The ENGINE START/STOP button (STAR T

STOP button) can only be operated when the

intelligent remote control key is detected in the

vehicle.

5.1 Starting and driving

When the transmission gearshift lever is in P

gear and the brake pedal is depressed, press

the ENGINE START/STOP button to start the

engine.
When the transmission gearshift lever is in P

gear and the brake pedal is not depressed,

press ENGINE START/STOP button to shift

gear in the order of “OFF→ACC→ON→OFF”.

Limphome mode

When “No key detected” appears on the

instrument cluster display due to low battery of

the intelligent remote control key, you can try

to place the key horizontally at the mark on the

bottom of the front central armrest box, then

press the ENGINE START/STOP button to

switch it to “ACC” or “ON” position or depress

the brake pedal, and press the ENGINE

START/STOP button to start the engine.
This method is intended for emergency start.

Please replace the battery of the intelligent

remote control key as soon as possible.
