8. Accident handling

Set the wheel bolt removal wrench on the

wheel bolts and loosen the wheel bolts

counterclockwise.

CAUTION

Loosen the wheel bolts only one turn before

lifting the vehicle. After lifting the vehicle,

unscrew the wheel bolts completely and

remove the flat tire.

Lifting vehicle

Place the jack directly under the spine

closest to the flat tire.

Extend the jack high to ensure that the

groove of the jack can engage with the

spine.

Check whether the jack is stable and

tightly attached to the ground.

Unscrewing the wheel bolts

For models equipped with wheel hub

trim cover*, remove the trim cover before

removing the wheel. Use the hub trim

cover removal tool* to pry off the trim

cover from the small hole.
