Basic hardware procedures

4.11.3 Installing the carrier rails

Clarify the position of the system unit in the rack.

Mark the position of the bottom edge of the server enclosure on the support
uprights.

Identify the right and the left rail.

Figure 24: Attaching the left carrier rail

Figure 25: Adjusting the positioning clip

Move the left carrier rail towards the rear side (2) while holding the
positioning clip (1). The mounting aid must lock in the corresponding hole.
