Single-Needle (Option) Treatment (Prepared with Rinse 
Solution Bag)

If the 5008 ONLINE

plus

™ hemodialysis system cannot be operated 

without rinse solution bags, rinse or infusion solutions provided in NaCl 
bags may be used instead.

6.4.1

Connecting the Patient — Single-Needle Dialysis (Prepared with Rinse Solution 
Bag)

fulfilled:
The header bar of the screen has to be grey (normal operating mode).
The hemodialysis system must be alarm-free.
Air-free priming of the extracorporeal circuit has been completed.
