2.
Declaration
of
the
Manufacturer.
The Manufacturer declares that the equipment supplied meets the safety requirements of the following directives and
associated standards:

Sub-assemblies delivered by suppliers have the appropriate declarations of conformity and/or the CE marking in
accordance with the following directives:

97/23/EC
In order to satisfy the essential requirements of the EMC Directive 2004/108/EC, the appliance must be installed using
professional engineering methods ensuring electromagnetic compatibility, taking into account information on the use of
components for its intended purpose and meeting the requirements of the EMC Directive.
This declaration applies only if the unit has been installed, in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Manual, and
no changes have been made.
2.1
Residual
hazards.
In the process of designing and manufacturing of the devices, solutions were applied that minimise the possibility of hazards
to persons and property. However, this does not eliminate all possible risks. The following are some examples of events
beyond the manufacturer's control, which may pose a potential risk to the health of persons and to the safety of property:
