Redials approximately 60 seconds later if a registered Urgent contact has not answered, and repeats
dialing until all the contacts answer. However, if the Urgent contact responds to the call with a recorded
message or on-hold within approximately 30 seconds, the call is regarded as being answered, and
dialing is not repeated.

When the call is connected, the voice message "Kinkyu tuuwa desu. (This is an emergency call)" is
announced 3 times to the other party.

If folding FOMA terminal during a call, Hands free is activated. The settings of Closing action are invalid
while ringing Burglar alarm.
