Mail

Resorting mails after setting Auto sort

Moves the mails to the folder with the current sort setting, after changing the setting of Auto sort or moving
between folders.

･

This function is applied to mails in all folders.

Press

[Function] on the folder list screen

Press

"Re-sort

messages".

Press

"Yes".

･

Press

"No" to cancel.

･

When Security is set on a folder, a message is displayed confirming whether to apply to resort.
Press

"Yes", enter the terminal security code, and mails are resorted. Press

"No" and

all folders except those being set Security ON are resorted.

Sorting folders

Sorts the folders in Inbox/Outbox/Unsent messages.

"Main folder" cannot be sorted.
